Despite feeling a bit like I might want to run away and join the circus, the recent cooler weather has given me reason to smile. I've got every window in the house open and haven't bothered even closing them at night. I love it. The Monkey is less convinced...
Him: Mom, it's cold in here! Can't you make it hot and humid or something?
Me: No. Because ew. And also, it's 68 degrees...that's perfect!
Him: Hmpf. More like brrrfect!
...and he didn't miss a beat in the deadpan delivery. Pure awesome.
